Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Pep account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to support@hellopep.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Dosing logs and scheduled doses
• Cycles, protocols, and protocol templates
• Inventory items and reconstitution records
• Injection site history
• Reminders and notification preferences
• Push notification tokens

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

In-App Deletion

You can also delete your account directly from the app by going to Profile → Delete Account.
